I am a  collegiate strength coach and a man who has a deep passion for educating and motivating people on their fitness journeys.  My wife shares that same love for training and healthy living, so together we are striving to build this brand and to spread our training through avenues such as FIT 4 Life and THE HOME MOVEMENT.  We see a massive need...PEOPLE NEED TO BE EDUCATED!  Time after time our fitness journeys get derailed and laid to rest in the graveyard of should have's, could have's, and fitness levels that remain merely a dream.  I see so many people start their fitness journey from free resources online, only to be fizzled out by a lack of coaching, direction, and accountability.  I also see many others start off strong with personal training, which comes to a halt because their pockets aren't deep enough and their wallets are skinnier than their waistline goals.  Here's where we come riding in on our white fitness horse, Fit 4 Life.  Through this 12 week fitness program we will cover 4 main aspects of your fitness journey.  

    1.  Lifting (Weights or Body Weight)

    2.  Cardio

    3.  Diet/Nutrition

    4.  Learning How to Train Yourself When We Are Done.  

So here's the deal, you will go through 3 phases, each lasting 4 weeks. Each phase will cover everything you need to know about those 4 aspects to not only equip you to be your own personal trainer for essentially the rest of your life, but to also get you in shape during the process!  So seriously, once you go through the 12 weeks, we hope we stay friends...but we don't want to train you anymore...because you can do it yourself, for free!

We are going to teach you how to be fit for a lifetime, not just while you are under our guidance and coaching.  Fit 4 Life will also give you elite/quality training, clear and simple nutrition solutions for every lifestyle, accountability, community, all in a program that will change your life.  So why the heck not?  


Real Simple.  We offer a Fit 4 Life group in the summer, fall, winter, and spring.  Once you purchase the program you will be immediately directed to join the closed Facebook group.  This is where we will post our weekly video courses, workout demonstrations, and accountability pieces that correspond with the program that will be delivered to your front door!  You will then go through the 12 weeks with your fellow group members.  You will be instructed, shown, and motivated on what to do and what to eat in every phase of the program.  We like to think of it as an online gym full of coaching, motivation, and learning.  You will be able to ask questions via comments on our posts and dive into the why's and how's of what we do.  You ready?
