We created Vagabond Fit and we follow our fitness.

My name is Kyle Abney, and my wife Kyla and I created Vagabond Fit.
Our fitness story has many chapters. Whether it has been college athletics, hiking, biking, or seeing some of the most beautiful places in America, fitness has been a key that has unlocked the door to some amazing things for us. Vagabond Fit isn’t in existence to showcase a perfect body, or to post skin baring selfies with perfect lighting (Even if I was 4-6% bodyfat, I am decently pale and hairy, so I’ll spare you…). We want this website to give you all a glimpse into our long-lasting pursuit of being fit, most of our low dollar, low profile getaways (we have mastered the secret to cheap vacations...and we are foodies), our workouts, and the freedom and experiences the Vagabond Fit life has given us.
